Il-European Health Insurance Card

Il-European Health Insurance Card qed tiġi mġedda awtomatikament mingħajr il-ħtieġa ta’ applikazzjoni meta l-karta ma tibqax valida.
Is-sistema l-antika, fejn wieħed irid japplika għat-tiġdid, tibqa’ fis-seħħ għal dawk li għandhom EHIC li skadiet fi Frar li għadda jew qabel u għadhom ma ġeddudhiex.
The European Health Insurance Card is being renewed automatically without the need for an application when the card is no longer valid.
The old system, where one has to apply for renewal, remains in force for those with an EHIC that expired last February or earlier and did not renew it.

Patriotism = Anti-Racism / Patrijottizmu = Anti-Razzizmu

Following the first ‘Patriotism = Anti-Racism’ event which was held in Msida in February, the Human Rights Directorate cordially invites you to the second series of discussions at grassroots level on the subject ‘Patriotism = Anti-Racism’.
The event will take place at the Ħal Safi Local Council premises on the 03rd of May between 18:30 and 20:30. The event will take the form of a panel discussion between four speakers from different backgrounds and a subsequent open discussion. The discussion takes as its point of departure the understanding that one’s love for Malta today rejects nothing of our history, but also includes our status as standard-bearers in the field of equality and the determination to embrace the intercultural and diverse society that we are, and which drives our economic success.
The event will be held in Maltese and is being organised in collaboration with the Anti-Racism Platform and Kunsill Reġjonali Punent.
——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Wara l-ewwel attività ‘Patrijottiżmu = Anti-Razziżmu’ li saret fl-Imsida fi Frar, id-Direttorat tad-Drittijiet tal-Bniedem kordjalment jistiednek għat-tieni sensiela ta’ diskussjonijiet fil-livell tal-bażi dwar is-suġġett ‘Patrijottiżmu = Kontra r-Razziżmu’.
L-attività se ssir fil-bini tal-Kunsill Lokali Ħal Safi nhar it-3 ta’ Mejju bejn is-18:30 u t-20:30. L-avveniment se jieħu l-forma ta’ diskussjoni ta’ panel bejn erba’ kelliema minn sfondi differenti u diskussjoni miftuħa sussegwenti. Id-diskussjoni tieħu bħala l-punt ta’ tluq tagħha l-fehim li l-imħabba ta’ wieħed għal Malta llum ma tiċħad xejn mill-istorja tagħna, iżda tinkludi wkoll l-istatus tagħna ta’ standards fil-qasam tal-ugwaljanza u d-determinazzjoni li nħaddnu s-soċjetà interkulturali u diversa li aħna, u li jmexxi s-suċċess ekonomiku tagħna.
L-attività se ssir bil-Malti u qed tiġi organizzata b’kollaborazzjoni mal-Pjattaforma Kontra r-Razziżmu u l-Kunsill Reġjonali Punent.
